By accessing or using the Web3PrivateVault platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Web3 Private Lock ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Web3PrivateVault provides a non-custodial platform for cryptocurrency wallet backup, recovery, and security management. Our Services include:
- Encrypted backup solutions for wallet seed phrases and private keys
- Wallet recovery tools and secure restoration services
- Security monitoring and threat detection for crypto assets
- Educational resources regarding cryptocurrency security best practices
- Integration with third-party blockchain networks and wallet providers
Non-Custodial Nature: We do not store, hold, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or cryptocurrency assets. You maintain full control and responsibility for your digital assets at all times.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our Services, you are solely responsible for:
- Securing Your Credentials: Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and recovery phrases
- Backup Accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of any wallet data or seed phrases you backup using our platform
- Legal Compliance: Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency ownership and transactions
- Risk Awareness: Understanding that cryptocurrency investments carry significant risks, including potential loss of funds
- Device Security: Maintaining the security of devices used to access our Services, including using updated antivirus software and secure internet connections
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Upload or transmit any malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Use automated systems or bots to access or scrape our platform without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our Services

Cryptocurrency Risks: You acknowledge that cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and speculative assets. The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly, and you may lose all or part of your investment.
Technology Risks: Blockchain technology and smart contracts are subject to risks including, but not limited to:
- Technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or exploits in underlying protocols
- Irreversibility of blockchain transactions
- Potential loss of access due to forgotten passwords or lost seed phrases
- Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency usage in your jurisdiction
- Cybersecurity threats and hacking attempts
5. Privacy and Data Security

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web3 Private Lock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Theft or loss of cryptocurrency assets
- Unauthorized access to your wallet or account
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in our Services
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of our Services
- Any damages resulting from reliance on information provided through our platform
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Web3 Private Lock, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our platform
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
